      • CUSTOMIZATION



        1. First, go to the product tab and choose the color, quantity, and any additional options you want.
        2. Once you have decided on the product specifications, you can start customizing it. You can add text, clipart, or even upload your own image to create a unique custom design. If you prefer, you can also explore the Designs tab and choose from a range of pre-made designs that you can then modify to your liking.
        3. After customizing, you have the option to save your design or add it to your designs.

        N.B. The "My designs" folder is a valuable feature that offers convenience to users. It enables you to store various designs for different products in one place.

        This means that if you wish to order multiple customizable products, you can effortlessly design and add the first one to your folder, then return to the shop to select the second product, customize it, and add it to your "My designs" folder. This eliminates the need to add each customized product to your cart separately. Instead, you can conveniently add all your desired designs to the folder and proceed to the cart to order them all at once. This feature helps save time and effort in managing and ordering your customized products.


        SAVING YOUR DESSIGN



        ➢ On Phone
        First open the menu (≡) and click on "Save Design". The "Saved Designs" tab will open, and you can save your design by tapping on the Add(+) symbol.

        ➢ On PC
        Select "Save Design", and the "Saved Designs" tab will open. Click on the Add(+) symbol to save your design.


        ORDER PLACEMENT



        1. First, add your design(s) to the "My Designs" folder by clicking "Add to Designs" on PC or right arrow(➜) symbol on phone.
        2. Once you have everything in the "My Designs" folder, click on the proceed button. Your designs will be added to your cart, and you can proceed to checkout to make the payment.

      • Why is the Customizer page taking too long to initialize?



        If you are experiencing issues with the Customizer page loading slowly, it could be due to an incompatible browser or a weak internet connection. Make sure you are using a recommended browser like Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Explorer, or Safari, and ensure that your internet connection is strong. If the problem persists, try reloading the page.

        What should I do if the Customizer page is not opening properly?



        If the Customizer page is not opening properly on your devices, try switching the screen orientation to resolve the issue.

        What should I do if I don't have enough space for my customization?



        If you don't have enough space for your customization, contact us for assistance to find a more effective solution.

        Why does it take a long time to proceed from the Customizer page to the Cart?



        If it takes a long time to proceed from the Customizer page to the Cart, it could be because of a large file size or slow internet connection. Wait a few minutes to see if the design is submitted to the Cart, and if not, refresh the page and repeat the process.

        N.B. If you have multiple designs in the designer, it is recommended to save them first to avoid losing any of them. After saving, remove the designs and attempt to add them to the cart one at a time.
